Participants will deepen their understanding of the fundamentals of stress and individual resilience, apply effective coping strategies, and develop concrete measures for their daily work. The training focuses on building transferable skills with long-term effects.

• Explain the links between stress, resilience, and health
• Identify personal stress patterns, symptoms, and stress levels
• Distinguish different types of stress and their everyday effects
• Select and apply suitable agile stress management strategies
• Develop concrete measures and a personal resilience plan for long-term employability
