Case Discussion / Peer Coaching for antelope Alumnae (26F02007)

Description

Peer Coaching relies on the assumption that everyone is generally well equipped to handle the demands of their own field of research and work. However, when obstacles arise in practice, and especially when the same hurdles cause stumbling blocks, it is particularly worthwile to exchange ideas with colleagues. The change of perspective when reflecting on one’s own practice and sharing experiences and ideas among peers brings a breath of fresh air and can encourage new, constructive approaches where necessary.

Therefore, in this course, you will learn how to apply the proven 9-step method of intervision specifically to concrete case studies from your everyday professional life (we will be able to cover two of your cases).

As a group of antelope alumnae, you will use structured case discussions to examine challenges from different perspectives and develop possible solutions.
