Description

Leadership Basic is a multi-month learning journey for faculty and staff with leadership roles, designed to make modern leadership at the University of Basel tangible, practical, and effective. The journey combines training sessions, peer learning, practical assignments, and learning nuggets to foster sustainable skill development.
