Description

As a group of antelope alumnae you get to know a method with which you can generate ingenious solutions to support each other in dealing with the various challenges of working environments. You get to know - and to test - a set of 9 steps along which you will be able to conduct regular, structured sessions of peer coaching independently to generate fresh ideas and design the next steps in your plan of action.
