    Content

In this lunch learning session for professors, you will learn scientifically grounded and practice-tested methods and techniques for personnel selection. These will help you identify and integrate the right candidates for your research group. Through lectures, discussions, and interview exercises, you will gain information and techniques that you can apply in practice.

    · How do you design a meaningful selection process?
    · How do you define and recognize success-relevant requirements and skills?
    · What effective conversation, questioning, and observation techniques can be used?
    · How can the decision-making process be structured?

Participants are invited to share their own experiences from selection processes. The exchange will be supplemented with checklists, guiding questions, and tips that can be applied in everyday university life.
