Content
The content is based on the blog 5 tips for a work life balance 5 tips for a work life balance despite family and demanding job and you will also get a short introduction to mental fitness. You will be inspired to set healthy boundaries at work, advocate for change and lead a balanced work-life. All this will take place in a group of peers and you can feel safe to talk about your situation.
Methods
Interactive online-workshop with short input, individual and group assignments and exchange in break-out sessions. Be ready to switch on your camera and actively participate. It’s a morning of «me time».
